- If, for any reason, the winner is unable to obtain the required visa, travel approvals, or is restricted from travel due to personal, legal, or regulatory reasons beyond eSewa’s control, eSewa reserves the right to cancel, replace, or discard the winner without any obligation to provide an alternative prize or compensation.
- eSewa shall not be held responsible for any denial of visa, immigration restrictions, health requirements, or other external circumstances that may prevent the winner from availing of the prize.
- By participating, winners agree that the responsibility for securing valid travel documents lies solely with them.
